We are an Anglican / Episcopal church in the famous West End of downtown Vancouver, BC. We are communities of belonging who seek to grow in the liberating and transforming love of God, seen in the person of Jesus Christ. Christian worship is the heartbeat of who we are and what we practice - we provide a range of opportunities to gather throughout the week, in person and online.
Visitors are welcome - there is limited free (2 hours max) street parking but plenty of paid options on nearby Davie Street (including a parkade). We are also a short walk from the Jervis Street/Davie Street stop on the Number 6 bus route. There is a cycle rack outside our facilities on Jervis Street.
Rooted in scriptures and sacraments (we can explain both!) - we strive to be an inclusive and safe space. Whoever you are and whatever stage of the faith journey you are on, you are welcome!
We host an indoor Labyrinth on the Chartres design - a Labyrinth is a path with many sharp turns but keeping to the path gets you there - you surrender to it. A maze is designed to confuse you and get lost, not so the Labyrinth. The practice of connecting our bodies to prayer, meditation, reflection and thinking is very ancient and can really help to process, unlearn or unburden and move forward. Currently, we have capacity to open for special events and times only.
